Bridge inlets

To prevent the emergence of the phenomenon of " aquaplaning " or ice on bridges, water from the surface must be quickly and effectively drained. Using the new bridge inlets Multitop ® HSD can significantly improve the performance, safety and efficiency of drainage .

The upper part of the bridge inlet has an adjustable height, can move sideways and rotate. Grates are equipped with screwless snap, and
frames with cushioning inserts. In a closed frame there is the possibility of the clearance designed holes to drain water during construction work. Inlet systems are offered in versions
HSD -2 300 x 500 ( grate size 300 x 480) and HSD -5 500 x 500 ( grate size 500 x 559) .
Both versions have load class D 400 according to DIN EN 124 / DIN 1229 .

Bridge inlets Multitop ® achieve high performance hydraulic thanks to the special construction of the grate and appropriate adjustment of the frame, which eliminates bottlenecks .
This avoids clogging them, increasing the safety of road communication and lengthen maintenance intervals. Maintenance of dirty or hard-working bolted connections becomes
unnecessary, as new drains are equipped with a dirt-resistant latches secured with stainless steel.
Grate and frame are connected by a hinge with opening angle of 110 º. Ease of use features HSD technology allowing for smooth height adjustment and moving the eccentric side to side. In addition, the possibility of a 360 ° rotation allowing precise inlet adjustment at the height of the road surface and parallel to the cover. Sturdy shock-absorbing inserts in the frame flush system reduce surface pressure and thus ensure sustainable functioning without knocking.

Iron inlet for bridges with a layer of gravel, such as railway b
These inlets are designed in particular for railway bridges.
They are laid in a layer of gravel between the tracks, and therefore the holes in the slats are suitably small.
Two-piece: the lower part with the flange to connect the sealing layer, the upper part with the cast-iron grate that allows the execution of equal connection with a protective finish.
Drainage holes provide drainage of the sealing layer. The slots in the grate being selected such that the film was optimal drainage gravel and gravel was not flushed out and it does not cause clogging of the grate.

Two versions of the grate: spherical and perforated.
